Application:
Suitable to connect with butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves.
Feature:
1. Small in size, light in weight, reasonable design and high output torque, labor-saving and portable.
2. Indicator board is directly installed on output worm gear, so indication is accurate and visual.
3. The devices are equipped with limit screws which can be adjusted 5℃ at the position of full opening and full cut-off.
4. The worm gear can lock by itself and easy to operate.
5. The products are all lubricated with grease before delivery. And the shell is sealed, dust and water proof. Protection level can reach to IP65.
Notes to Users:
1. There are round hole, square hole and other special shaped hole for all series of gear operators for customers' selection. Also the shape of hole can be machined accorduing to customers' special requirements.
2. Please pay attention to keep coupling dimension in line with the corresponding dimension of valves. If any special requirement, please tell us when ordering.
3. Please turn the indicator of gear box and valve to the CLOSE position when install the gear box to valve.
4. Turn hand wheel deasil to close the valve while turn hand wheel widdershins to open the valve.
Installation Procedure:
1. First check whether the inner hole of worm gear, the keyway and the flange of housing match the stem, key and mounting flange of valve body.
2. Install the gear box to the valve after checking correctly.
3. Rotate the hand wheel and adjust the limit stop screws to ensure that the needle of the indicator can point CLOSE/OPEN when valve is closed/open.
Maintenance:
1. Don't operate the gear box out of rated conditions.
2. Check the lubrication of gear box every two years.
